RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your Smack Fun experience, so we offer free returns on orders sent to U.S./Canada addresses within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must not have been used, altered, or damaged, and must include all original packaging.

Need to return something delivered to a US/Canada address? Just send us a message at Support@SmackFun.com to begin the process.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We are not currently able to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside the U.S./Canada. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors made by Smack Fun.

As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping.

Inside the package, be sure to include your packing slip, or if you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, email address registered on Smack Fun, and order reference number.

For international returns, we recommend that you keep your return tracking information until your refund has been issued.
